The Niobrara River is judged to be one of the best for tubing and canoeing in the nation. You can go to Valentine and make your choice of the different places to rent equipment and enjoy the ride.
At Little Outlaw you will get a one day canoe rental with the recommendation that it is for 2 people per canoe, except int he event of small children or uneven-numbered groups. Children under 10 years are $5 with paying adult and over 10 years are $15 with paying adult.
There is a $20 canoe deposit to guarantee reservation and this is non-refundable.

All trips starting at Cornell Bridge will travel through the Fort Niobrara Wildlife Refuge Alcohol, radios and squirt guns are prohibited.
All people starting at Cornell Bridge must have a permit to travel through the Fort Niobrara Wildlife Refuge. These permits are $1.00 per person and are available with equipment rentals.
A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservations. No rainy day refunds. Rainchecks will be given for you to return at another time.
Tube rentals are $30 for one day and the cooler is $10.
You can get a bus to the site or drive out.
For tank rides the cost is $90 for up to 3 people and $25 each additional person for up to 5.
