This community of just over 4,000 people would welcome you to come and visit the 100th Meridian Museum and travel through time by viewing the Yellowstone Touring Coach which was used by William Howard Taft on his tour through Yellowstone National Park.

You will be able to look through the picture history of the lives of the early settlers of the region.  The life of the pioneer was not an easy one and the pictures will allow you to see how the people dressed, the work they had to do, the hardship of the living conditions (compared to ours today) and see the displays that the museum has for you to enjoy.  These displays are changed periodically.

The museum has an suggested donation fee of $2 per person to help cover the cost of the operation, more would be most welcome.

Hours: Monday – Friday 10 AM to 5 PM

Open: Memorial Day-Labor Day (or by appointment) Closed holidays. After Labor Day contact the Chamber at 308-784-3930 for information.

Phone: 308-784-2704

Does the museum have postcards or prints of the 100th Meridian Marker for sale and would it be possible to buy something over the phone or online?

I have forwarded your request on to the Chamber in Cozad and asked them to contact you with the information and to then let me know so it can be posted for others that may have the same question.
