 University of Nebraska State Museum

 One of the most popular museums in the state is located at the University of Nebraska. It features many incredible exhibits, from Explore Evolution and On Ancient Wings, as well as beautiful murals and reconstructions of habitats such as the Wildcat Hills. Another popular part of the museum is the fact that the floor design is unique, particularly in the Mesozoic Gallery. It is something that must be seen to be believed. From botany, zoology, parasitology, and anthropology, this museum has just about everything covered. They also have a great planetarium.

  Pioneer Park Nature Center

 The Pioneer Park Nature Center sits on more than 650 acres and is operated by the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department. This a nature preserve that features 8 miles of trials, ponds, and interpretive buildings that will help you understand the wild history of the area. You might even see some of the native wildlife while on your hike.

 National Museum of Roller Skating

 This unique museum highlights the development and history of roller-skating, from old-fashioned skates, to roller derby, and inline skates.     I love the capital building the inside of it is beautiful.
    All the historic pictures and the cathedral ceilings are so pretty.
    I got married on the top floor and it was just beautiful
